After completing 50 years in the Federal District in 2018, Ciplan Cimento Planalto S / A, opens the doors of the cement factory for technical and university students from all the Central-West to know in loco how is the process of production of the products that arrive consumers. The factory has been guided by its ethics and commitment to sustainable development, inserting in its practices solutions compatible with the needs of the client and products in tune with the growth achieved by the most important organizations in the Civil Construction sector.
The Open Doors program began in 2017 and has already received visits from students at educational institutions in Anápolis, Goiânia and Guapó, as well as those located in Brasilia such as Uniceub and Sebrae-DF. Students may enroll in technical courses in Construction, Work Safety and Chemistry. For university students Open Doors is directed to the courses of Environmental Management, Business Administration, Civil Engineering, Chemistry, Business Administration, Mechanical Engineering and Work Safety Engineering. Each class must have at least 15 enrollees and a maximum of 30, with visits of 4 hours duration, beginning always in the evening period.
This is an excellent opportunity for students from various training areas to visit our factory and to verify the work system and methods used by Ciplan, since the company uses advanced operating criteria. In this context, the Open Doors Program was created with the objective of presenting the structure of the company and all the effort undertaken to deliver to the customer the best product.
